User responsibilities

• Provide accurate account, VSMitra profile and ad information.
• Do not post fake, misleading, duplicate, illegal or prohibited listings.
• Verify buyer and listing-owner identity, documents, product condition and payment details independently.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Listing responsibilities

• Post only genuine ads with accurate images, price and description.
• Remove or deactivate listings that are no longer available.
• Comply with category rules, plan limits and VSMitra™ moderation decisions.

Moderation

VSMitra™ may approve, reject, deactivate, delete or restrict any listing/user account if platform policies are violated.

Liability

Users are responsible for transactions and decisions made outside or through platform contact options. VSMitra™ is not responsible for losses from user-to-user transactions.

Account and communication consent

• Registration requires acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and essential account cookies.
• WhatsApp/SMS consent for OTPs and essential account, payment, listing and safety messages is required to operate a verified account.
• Promotional offers are optional and are recorded separately from essential service messages.

Using VSMitra™ safely

• Meet in a safe public place where practical and inspect the item or service before payment.
• Do not share passwords, OTPs, card PINs or other confidential credentials with another user.
• Verify ownership, identity, licences and documents independently when relevant to the category.
• Use report and support tools when a listing, contact request or transaction appears suspicious.
• Location permission is optional; normal State, District, City, Area and PIN filters remain available.

Moderation and reports

VSMitra™ may review, deactivate or remove ads after user reports, policy checks or safety concerns. Submitting false or abusive reports may lead to account restrictions.
