Paid VSMitra™ memberships are purchased through Razorpay and activated after payment verification by the VSMitra™ team.

Membership payment and activation

• Successful payments remain pending until verification is completed.
• Membership benefits, allowance and validity are visible in the account dashboard.
• Refund, duplicate-payment or extension requests must be submitted through Contact Us with the payment reference.

General policy

Refund eligibility depends on payment verification, duplicate payment, technical failure, membership activation and benefit usage. Used membership allowances may be non-refundable once consumed, subject to applicable law and VSMitra™ review.

Launch assurance

Where appropriate, VSMitra™ may offer a membership correction, benefit restoration or validity extension instead of a refund.
